Catering

Food and beverages make a delicious addition to any sail and making arrangements can be quick and easy. You’re welcome to:

  • Bring your own food with you when you arrive for your sail.
  • Make arrangements with a local caterer or eatery who can deliver down to the catamaran
  • Purchase drinks at our onboard bar where we stock a variety of beverages including beer on tap, wine, champagne, canned cocktails, and soft drinks. No outside alcohol may be brought onboard. You may opt to do a hosted bar or a no-host bar, and both cash and credit cards are accepted aboard.

Please keep in mind:

  • Soft cooler bags are permitted, but no hard-shell or rolling coolers may not be brought onboard.
  • No outside alcohol is permitted aboard.

If you decide to use a caterer, please consider local favorite Barbara & Company. Their sample menu is below and arrangements can be made directly with their office.

All orders have a 15-person minimum


Morning Sunrise ($20.00/person)
• Fresh fruit
• Sour cream coffee cake or assorted danishes
• Homemade quiche or frittata
• Guava juice

Sunday Brunch ($23.00/person)
• Ham and cheese scones or croissants
• Roasted potato and green bean salad
• Caprese salad
• Blueberry and raspberry scones or mango muffins
• Fresh fruit skewers with honey yogurt dip

Sailor Snacks ($14.00/person)
• Cold prawns with cocktail sauce or cold lemon rosemary prawns with mint pesto
• BLT bites
• Tomato bruschetta with burrata cheese and crostini
• Almond Rocca

Scenic Route ($18.00/person)
• Tri-tip sliders with blue cheese spread and caramelized onions
• Spicy roasted roma tomatoes and peppers slider with burrata cheese and balsamic glaze
• Macadamia nut hummus with pita crackers
• Chocolate dipped strawberries

Stern Chaser ($21.00/person)
• Assorted cheese & fresh fruit display with sliced baguettes and crackers
• Vegetable platter with choice of dip: macadamia nut hummus, ranch, spinach dip, or blue cheese walnut & brandy dip
• Sliced prosciutto, mortadella, and salami
• Assorted cookies and brownies

Bay Bites ($22.00/person)
• Ceviche
• Caprese skewers
• Fresh fruit skewers

Gourmet High Tide Lunch ($27.00/person)
• Almond tarragon chicken salad croissant sandwich
• Grilled tri-tip, horseradish aioli, butter lettuce, tomato and caramelized onions on croissant
• Roasted roma tomato, peppers, and garlic slider with burrata cheese and basil
• Spring mix salad with caramelized walnuts and goodies (balsamic vinaigrette on the side)
• Pesto pasta salad, Italian potato salad, or cous cous
• Fresh fruit salad with mint and lime juice
• Assorted cookies and brownies

Coastal Cruise ($30.00/person)
• Chicken Thai roll-ups
• Fresh fruit skewers with honey yogurt dip
• Antipasto platter (cured meats, olives, assorted cheeses, and marinated veggies with sliced bread)
• Mushroom ragout with crostini
• Shrimp cocktail
• Prosciutto wrapped asparagus
• Individual seven-layer dip

  • Barbara & Company requires a minimum 1 week advance notice to reserve catering.
  • Sales tax (9.25%) will be added to all orders.
  • $75.00 flat rate for delivery.
  • Pre-payment is required (cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard).
